In-stock items ship within 1–5 business days of purchase.


Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are produced after purchase and require additional processing time.

Current lead times will be listed on the product page or provided at the time of ordering.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Lead times are estimates and can vary depending on order volume, material availability, and current production demand. Orders are fulfilled as efficiently as possible, with thorough quality checks during and after assembly

International Orders

Keep in mind that international import taxes, duties, tariffs, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges, in general, are not accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product, size, color, and options are selected at the time of purchase.


Manufacturing Defects / Warranty

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email hadleyfabrications@gmail.com with a description of the issue and clear photos for review. If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing error, Hadley Fabrications will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost, depending on the situation.


Additional Information

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Minor variations in color or materials may occur due to lighting or material sourcing.


Lost Packages & Shipment Claims

Shipping labels for orders are purchased with the base insurance coverage provided by USPS or UPS. If you would like additional insurance coverage on your shipment, please contact Hadley Fabrications before placing your order so it can be arranged.


Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and accepted into their system, responsibility for transit, delivery timing, loss, or damage shifts to the carrier.


If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please also notify Hadley Fabrications so I can provide any necessary shipment documentation. If damage occurred, retain all original packaging materials, as carriers often require them for claims. Hadley Fabrications will assist where possible, but final resolution of shipping claims rests with the carrier.


Firearm Use & Liability Disclaimer

If you intend to carry a firearm in a fanny pack, pouch, or other product, it is your responsibility to use a properly fitted and high quality holster that fully covers the trigger guard.


All firearm handling, storage, and use are solely the responsibility of the user. Hadley Fabrications disclaims any liability for injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products. By purchasing or using my products, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Hadley Fabrications harmless for any incidents.
