When will "x" product be stocked?
It's best to check my Instagram page for the latest updates on what I'm working on. My newsletter also announces upcoming drops and pre-orders.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. If you want a product that I already offer in a custom color or configuration WITHOUT changing the dimensions or if you just want an item that is not currently in stock, then send me an email or DM me on Instagram. The minimum order quantity is 4. If you want less than 4, I charge a convenience fee (15%). This also moves your order to the front of my work load.
I have an idea for a product. Do you take commissions?
I have partly opened some types of commission orders: Limited to gear modifications/alterations and to customizing my existing products (ie changing some dimensions, or adding/changing small things). These are charged by either the standard 15% fee, or by the hourly + material cost, order dependent. Commissions that are requesting completely new products are still mostly closed as I’ve got my plate stacked with developing my own new products. It would be decided on a case by case basis.
Do you do gear modifications?
Yes, but it strictly depends on what it is and what you want done to it. I do not work with clothing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you wish to place an order outside of the USA, please email hadleyfabrications@gmail.com. Hadley Fabrications will never pay for international import taxes, it is the customers responsibility to know their countries import taxes, fees, or tariffs.
Can I pay you in gear?
Yes. I actually do accept trades for my work. I don't have a list of things I'm specifically looking for, but overall am interested in tactical and outdoor gear and firearm components. It's just best to email or DM me on Instagram, worst I can say is no.
