Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international orders are welcome! If you experience any issues with placing an order, please email hadleyfabrications@gmail.com.
Please note: Hadley Fabrications is not responsible for international import taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any charges required by their country.
When will "x" product be stocked?
It's best to check my Instagram page for the latest updates on what I'm working on. Newsletter subscribers also get announcements about restocks, drops, and pre-orders.
Can I send you fabric to make a product from?
Yes — send an email or Instagram DM to discuss details and feasibility.
Do you do gear modifications?
Yes — I offer modifications to existing gear on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item and the requested changes.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes — the minimum order quantity for bulk sales is five (5) items of the same product type, color, size, and configuration. Bulk orders are made to order and must be arranged via email or direct message. Special pricing may be available based on order quantity. Lead times will be provided at the time of quote.

Can I pay you in gear?
Yes — trades are accepted for gear that fits what I typically work with (tactical, outdoor, hunting, etc.). Best way is to email or DM with what you have in mind, worst I can say is no.
