Out-of-Stock Ordering

Out-of-Stock Ordering (formerly known as Custom ordering) has recently shifted to a limited-window schedule between restocks, preorders, and new product development. I dedicate one to two weeks at a time solely to these orders before returning to regular production. This helps keep lead times short and allows me to stay on top of restocks and ongoing production.
Out-of-Stock Ordering windows will always be announced in advance on this page and on Instagram so you know when they’re open.
Out-of-Stock Ordering is available for products I already offer if you’re looking for a specific color or configuration.
A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of four (4) items is required for Out-of-Stock orders, and in-stock products may be combined to meet this minimum. A 15% convenience fee applies to orders of fewer than four (4) items.
Any request that involves changing the dimensions of a product is considered a commission order and is subject to commission availability.

Be sure to include the product(s) you’re interested in, your preferred fabric and trim colors, and any customization options you’d like. Once we finalize the details of your order, I’ll create a Private Listing, assign a private order number, and provide an estimated lead time.
Special Events: No MOQ Out-of-Stock Ordering
As part of my 2026 Labor Day Sale from September 4-8, I’ll be opening another special No MOQ Out-of-Stock Ordering window. I offered the same opportunity during my 2026 July 4th Sale, and I’m bringing it back for Labor Day.
During this window, you can place an order for as many or as few out-of-stock items as you’d like. The usual four-item minimum will be waived, and the 15% convenience fee for orders of fewer than four items will not apply. Whether you need one item or several, you’ll be able to get what you need without having to wait for a restock.
This will be a special event separate from my regular Out-of-Stock Ordering schedule. The No MOQ window will only be available for a limited time during the Labor Day Sale, so be sure to place your order while it’s open.
Details, including the exact opening and closing times, will be announced in advance on the front page of the website and on Instagram.
Please note that the Labor Day Sale discount code applies to in-stock items only and cannot be applied to Out-of-Stock Ordering items.
Commissions

I have an idea for a product. Do you take commissions?
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with customers to bring their ideas to life. At the moment, commissions requesting completely new products are closed, as my time and creative energy are fully dedicated to developing and launching my own products.
Commission availability may change in the future. Updates will be shared here and on Instagram when that happens.
These are charged by either the standard 15% fee, by the hourly + material cost, or both. It is order dependent.
Gear Modifications

I offer modifications to existing gear on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item and the requested changes.

Bulk Sales
Status: OPEN
The minimum order quantity for bulk sales is five (5) items of the same product type, color, size, and configuration. Bulk orders are made to order and must be arranged via email or direct message. Special pricing may be available based on order quantity. Lead times will be provided at the time of quote.
