What started as a simple project for myself turned into my first magazine retention specific product.
The HF Placard was specifically made for 5.56 but is slightly upsized to accommodate different inserts and, hopefully, larger magazines. Unfortunately, I can not test the compatibility of other magazine calibers at the moment (feel free to test and let me know). The HF Placard is compatible with kydex, tegris, or elastic magazine inserts, but works best with kydex in my opinion.
The 9.5" x 5" field of hook on the back of the placard allows for solid integration with plate carriers and chest rigs, and with accessories such as Danglers and MedSleeves.
